What looks like a website but isn't???

Both the local club's website and the national website seem to be suffering from an extreme case of depression. No updates, articles of interest, news, or zing (for want of a better word) for days or weeks.

Now I understand that the local webmaster is away...that's fine (these things happen) but he is clearly suffering from a lack of material...a point I made some 3 months ago. No photo's of the new flash piece of glass, no news updates since October last year, the last newsletter loaded was December...
Given that all the photo's were supplied by yours truly, as were the newsletters, and half of the news stories, it might be about time a few others stepped upto the mark. Remember the website is probably the first point of call for potential new members. No longer do potential members drive all the way out to Belk Rd...whoops the airport...to find out about gliding. They Google "Tauranga Gliding" or similar...

As for the GNZ site...the man "in charge of being in charge", that right wing Mazda driving, ASW20 flying, retired Contest director'ing, newly reinstated life member needs a dose of good old fashioned left wing nanny state direction. Get on with it...that site hasn't been enthused for a couple of weeks either...

It's raining - I feel better now.
